To ensure the health and safety of our community, all coffee products (pods and whole beans) are considered perishable and are non-returnable. Once a package has left our roasting facility, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, even if the seal is unbroken. This ensures that every customer receives fresh, untampered “Plant Medicine.”
Our blends are tools for ritual and intention. Because spiritual and sensory experiences are entirely subjective, we do not offer refunds based on “taste preference” or a lack of perceived “energetic shift.” We stand by the quality of our beans, but we cannot guarantee how your unique frequency will interact with the blend.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong chakra blend, we will make it right immediately.
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been marked as “Shipped,” it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.Perishable Goods Policy Due to the nature of our products (coffee pods and beans), we cannot accept returns on food items once they have been delivered. This is to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.
The Spiritual Experience Our blends are crafted for spiritual and alchemical rituals. While we stand by the quality of our beans, we do not guarantee specific metaphysical results or personal “energetic” shifts. Perception of energy is subjective, and as such, dissatisfaction with the “vibe” or “feeling” of a blend does not qualify for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong chakra blend, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the package. We will immediately ship a replacement at no cost to you.
